We produce a work plan for smaller or more technically detailed steps.

We Complete a full project plan for larger project.

We proceed with the ressource planning, mapping and scheduling

We utilize Industry standards to implement solutions  according to the best practices.

We then use the change control and contingency planning to ensure a smooth execution.

We effectively communicate change to the impacted users.

We create methods of procedure for maintaining the solution

We document the environment as built

We add relevant information to configure the tracking system

We document a lifecycle  planning guidelines for  future support

We proceed with the transition of ongoing  support responsibilities to the internal IT staff or 3rd party provider

The Internal IT staff may take over the day to day responsibility of the environment.

DGS may be engaged in ongoing Managed Services to fulfill support needs.
